SOMERSET COTTAGE
This delightful cottage is perfectly situated for easy access
to all main routes including the N2 and the Wine Route.
Shops, restaurants and beaches are all within close
proximity. It is fully walled with a sunny garden in which to
relax.

Bedrooms: The main bedroom has a double bed, large built in
wardrobe and has the added benefit of mountain views of the
Helderberg mountains.
The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are both furnished with twin beds and
large built in wardrobes.

Bathrooms: The family bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and
basin.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod cons
including oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher as
well as all the smaller appliances.

Utility Room: Full laundry facilities are available which consist of
washing machine/tumble dryer/iron and ironing board.

Living Rooms: The lounge/dining room opens on to the Patio
and Garden via a double glass door. The lounge/dining area is
fully furnished with dining space for 6 people.

Other: One can see the Helderberg Mountains and the Hottentots
Holland range from the lounge/dining room which opens on to the
patio and garden via a double glass door. You can relax and
enjoy the magnificent view from the patio table with a Braai
(barbecue).
The cottage has an alarm system

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: All bed linen and a set of
white bath and beach towels per person are provided. Cleaning at
change over of clients. Further services can be arranged on
request.

Notes on accommodation
The quality of the furnishings in the cottage is of a high standard.
Great care has been taken to ensure that everything you require
for a home away from home has been met. You will also find the
cottage spotlessly clean and maintained. On arrival, guests will be
welcomed by our local meet and greet service, who will also
provide information on where to go, what to see and what to do.
For guests arriving on a late flight we can provide a welcome pack
(tea, coffee, milk etc).

Somerset Cottage is the ideal location for an idyllic holiday in the
Western Cape with lots to see and do. The beach is a 5 min drive.

Golf
If you are planning a golfing holiday or club tour - the location is
ideal with over 15 designer courses within a short drive away.
These include new and mature courses which will challenge both
the High and Low handicap golfer, at reasonable green fees.
These include the new excellent Arabella and the more mature
Gary Player designed Erinvale Course where the 1996 World Cup
was played. In addition there are a host of good local courses
available.
